Return & Exchange Policy

At Vibeharbour, we want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer options for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for items that are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Certain items, including sale items, customized products, or accessories, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the specific product listing for more details.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@vibeharbour.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item.

  3. Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and send it to the provided address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your return within 7-10 business days.

3. Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@vibeharbour.com with your order number, item details, and the preferred size or color.

  2. Availability Confirmation: We will confirm availability of the requested item and provide instructions for the exchange.

  3. Shipping the Exchange: You will be responsible for return shipping fees to send the item back to us, and we will cover the cost to ship the new item to you.

Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we may issue a refund or offer a store credit, based on your preference.

4. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund as follows:

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refund Notification: A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or defective.

Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue a store credit instead of a refund, which can be used on future purchases.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@vibeharbour.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide a photo of the item and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund for such cases.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale and clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Accessories, such as masks or jewelry, for hygiene reasons.
